Is this a complete headlight with bulbs and modules? Amazing price if it is.

I'd have to check if bulbs are in there but I don't think they are, does include module. This is only the driver side headlight. I received it after I no longer had the car. Just been sitting in my living room and I am trying to get rid of it.
