They are a forged wheel so they're decently light weight and cheap. My 18x9.5 are 19#.

Seriously, why is there no rep for this OEM style front spoiler? I have a LeMans 335is with the cf performance rear spoiler, and this would go great with it. I love the subtlety. But paying $600+ for a part that will get scraped daily by my driveway is a bit much.

If your bumper isn't getting scraped then this won't either, if you look closely at the straight shot of the pics it's even with the front bumper. I've yet to scrape mine, an arkym rep will scrape as it actually is lower than the bumper

Still more than I'd like to pay. I get how much better OEM is; I was amazed at the difference between my OEM rear spoiler vs. a pretty spot on replica. But the front spoiler will definitely face harsher conditions than the rear deck. I'm just shocked that no Taiwanese or Chinese rep company has made one.

Yea I'm with you on that...such a simple design too.

Having it for a while now I've come to appreciate the cost of it though (bought from Tischer) it reminds me of the front fascia lips on the 458...if you look at the bmw lip there is that curve to it that flows the air over it pushing everything down. When you see it on the car you can see the space between the bumper and the lip on passenger and drivers side...so you can tell is producing down force without causing any drag like the arkym lips do, closing off all the space they're and making just a wall of air hitting against the front of the car.

No question that's beautiful. You can tell it's top notch quality even from the photos. And I agree with you - I'm a huge fan of the design. No other front spoiler/lip that I've seen interests me. Oh well, I guess I'll either have to go OEM or naked.

Naked is still good lol. I wouldn't feel too bad if I were you not having it, It's one of those mods I was kinda let down about but still happy to have..you know. But that JL motoring lip I saw you found looks really good! For that price you kinda almost have to get it just to try, it looks really close and maybe even better cuz it sticks out further it seems

Glad you saw that new thread. I was going to post that in this thread, too, but seems like it might violate some forum etiquette or something to post in two different places.

I'm still on the fence about it. As you point out, the IS looks great as is. Plus, I'm still afraid I'll crack any spoiler I put on my car. My driveway slopes down into my garage, and I occasionally scrape the underside of the front bumper going in.

I'll be sure to start a thread with pics though if give it a shot. Based on my searches and the lack of replies to my discovery thread, it doesn't look like anyone has checked that lip out.

Meh, doesn't hurt to bump that thread in case someone new sees it.

Haha well as you can see I have it off my car right now....so that could be a solution for your driveway . Yea let us know what you decide to do.

Ahhh I've recently lowered my car and scrape my front bumper all the time... unfortunately I just don't think I could justify buying this beautiful lip.

So I'm sort of mad at you for posting these pictures of it off your car. It's just so damn beautiful. Definitely looks like the quality I'd expect on an M- car or a Ferrari for sure. I wish I had money burning holes in my pockets and didn't have to think twice about buying this hahah.
