Picture Request; 17" Wheels (F14s) w/ BIG Tires on e90

Hi all

Sick of running 19's in CT with all the potholes. Instead of doing 18's, I was thinking of going down to 17's with some meaty tires for the extra cushion and to adequately fill the wheel well.

Anyway, pictures of this setup are surprisingly hard to come by. Looking for images of 17" Forgestar F14 SDCs on an e90, preferably with sidewalls > 40 mm. Staggered or square. Any 17" or 18" setup with larger tires on an e90 would be nice to see!

Please include tire sizes
Thanks

Current Setup;
Front 235/35/19 on VMR VB3 8.5x19
Back 265/30/19 on VMR VB3 9.5x19

From what I understand they don't make the SDC in 17".

I probably should have taken more pics but my buddy has regular 18" F14s on his E90, they look good but I would have loved to see a super deep concave as well.

I agree. This is the look I'm going for but on a sedan. Do you know the specs of these wheels and tires?

This is the closest I could come up with....

Be prepared for a lot of people telling you to get Apex Arc-8's. They're the best option out there. Here's mine. 17x9 et30 255/40 square.

I agree on this lol. unless you like the style I've the f14s over the apex(they also have different styles) apex is better made and about the same price.
Meaty setups are nice when done right.
I'm stuck between liking stanced and meaty setups lol.

Those look great.

I have seen a couple pictures of e90s (be it an m3) with 17" arc 8s. Why do you say they're better than forgestar? Lighter?

I'm looking for the strongest wheels because I've beaten and bent too many up here in CT, unless it's due to the fact that I'm running thinner tires on 19s.

Stole these pics from here... http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...1014573&page=6

They're lighter, cheaper, easier to get, and the forgestars are prone to crack, at least in 19's. I think they look better too.
