Weird, but at least not MT vs AT. And a reminder that no matter how awful work gets, Im not the product tester at the fart-scenting factory.

How does slurping even cool down the drink? Sometimes I'll slurp and still burn my tongue. Double fail.

I don't. But I know in Japan slurping ramen and say, "Gochisousama!" is common. My friend does that just to embarrass me. And what's next spit or swallow? thread.

Totally agree sir ,

I hate when people do this, if your on your own, fart, pick your nose, eat like a pig, slurp you food and drink to your hearts content in the trough you call home.

Most civilized people are taught manners, and if you LIVE in the western world, you follow THOES rules too by the way.

Oh wait here's an idea, why not wait a minute instead of burning the roof of your mouth.

Manners, people are teaching my 6 year old the rights of LGBT, don't the frigging well teach manners any more ?

Has anyone made a clear definition between sip and slurp? Because i can't imagine ever slurping something hot without burning the shit out of my tongue, lips, mouth.

A sip on the other hand brings in air along with small amount of liquid to test the temperature of the liquid. Sipping is necessary until you're certain you can drink normally once the temp has dropped enough.

If you sip even after the drink is sufficient cooled, you should have your lukewarm drink spilled in your lap, cause it's annoying.

Its funny cuz the ppl that complain about my slurping also makes the same noise when they drink/eat soup. Then they make this sound when eating crunchy stuff.

So i guess everyone here dont make any sound when they eat/drink, or perhaps they just dont realize
