335is weird start up sound and high pitched sucking sound from turbos

So I've been having this problem with my 335is where it sounds like death when it starts up, but has no problem cranking or anything. RPM's wont shoot up like they do normally. Also, when I rev it the turbos spool up nicely, but when they "spool down", for lack of a better term, theres this high pitched sucking sound. The car runs and drives completely fine, just these two things are really annoying me. Thanks
