glow plug torque specs

after searching, I'm yet to find a confirmed torque for the glow plugs. I'm in the middle to changing them but stuck of this. anyone able to proved the answer to this?

side note, I can't get the controller unplugged for the life of me anyone with tips?

The controller can be a bastard, there are clips on the front and rear of the plugs. A set of pliers with the bend in them usually does the trick to squeeze both tabs at the same time.
