The cheapest I found this combo anywhere online is about $400.

My set is really as close to new as you can get with out buying it new.

OEM E90 BASE SUPPORT ROOF RACK
2 X OEM Lockable Roof Bike Racks +Keys

These items are in great shape and look new. There are no broken tabs or straps. I’ve had these for a couple of years. I’ve transported my bikes all over New England with zero issues. Probably the best roof top bike rack setup I’ve ever had. It comes with everything original. 2 x Keys for each bike rack, torque key, and manuals. I would prefer to sell as a complete set.
