Just looking at spring rates the V1 are quite a bit stiffer than stock, but on the softer end for aftermarket options. Coil overs are height adjustable so you can lower them as you want.

It would depend on the shop and if during the install you needed bushings replaced, etc. I don't let anyone work on my cars though so I couldn't really quote.

With that calculation the BC's are closer at 2, and monomax are way off at 0.6 :s

People who have them seem to like them so they must not be too punishing on the street or understeer horribly right?
