Dynavin N6 and JB4 mobile

I'm looking to buy a dynavin N6. I was wondering if the dynavin can display the JB4 mobile gauges on its screen if you hook it up to apple car play or android auto. It would look much cleaner not having to have my iPad too. Thanks for the info!

I don't think so.....only carplay compatible apps can display on a carplay device and I really doubt the the JB4 app is "carplay approved". You can check with the app developer though.

There is a complicated workaround if you really wanted to do it....but you would need to mirror your screen via airplay and a wifi router to an appleTV, then covert that from HDMI to composite video with an adapter and connect that to the video aux in.....you would need an inverter to run all the 110V stuff.

So its possible.....but not sure its a very good idea!
