I replaced my rear bumper on my E90 recently. I couldn't get the holes perfect on the PDC holes. They are mounted and function fine but the paint wasn't the smoothest around the holes. I used a step drill bit.

I'm about to install my front bumper but the shop that painted it didn't drill/cut out the holes for the headlight washers... The fact that you drilled holes yourself, did you see any issues w/paint peeling, chipping, etc?
