Broke the top coolant hose that attaches to this T thing?

Anyone who where to go get this or what it's called? And I'm assuming I need to buy a new hose and a new plastic T thing?

You'll need the upper radiator hose since the nipple on it is broken, and the smaller hose is a known weak point so even though you may be able to remove the broken piece from it and salvage it, I'd recommend just replacing both.

You can find the part numbers on RealOEM.com - enter the last 7 of your VIN to be sure you get the right parts. They should both be under Radiator => Cooling System Water Hoses. I believe the part numbers are 17127618510 and 17127531579 but they may vary depending on your VIN.

I'd also highly suggest getting OEM parts, or Rein or Continential. The other brands tend to have issues with the plastic connectors leaking.

This is also a good time to change your Oil Filter Housing Gasket, if it needs to be done, since the coolant should be drained from the upper hose when you're changing the gasket. It's not a big deal if you don't need to change the gasket, but it's a convenient time to do it if there are any signs of it leaking.

Be sure to bleed the coolant correctly after replacing the hose. Open the bleeder screw and the radiator cap and refill it until bubble-free coolant comes out of the bleed screw. Then close both the bleed screw and the cap. Then turn the ignition on, turn the climate fan to low and set it to the highest temperature. Hold down the gas pedal for 10 seconds and the coolant pump should come on. It will run for ~12 minutes and bleed itself. You'll hear it running, it sounds a bit like a washing machine. After 12 minutes open the cap and check the coolant level.
