I have an OEM pair, painted BSM (factory). not looking to separate them though. i got new ones with my m-tech bumper and had the new ones painted.

but if you can find a primed one online for a low rate you can vinyl wrap it gloss black metallic..as an alternative

I didn't consider wrapping it, I wonder how good it would look. Originally was planning to spray paint and then clear coat.

I had vinyled gloss black reflectors on the new a4 2017 and it looked pretty darn good couldn't tell between the vinyl and the cars black paint. I only suggested this it's a low cost route. Painting and and that together will run you $100+

And gloss black metallic vinyl has same subtle flakes as the bmw paint in the black

^^ thanks, I ordered the part and 3M black metallic wrap. It's such a small piece I doubt it will be too noticeable.
