Noisy engine after remap?

I had my 325d remaped , driving home I noticed there is some engine vibration that transmits to the pedals, steering wheel ( not noticeable if I drive with high rpm)

the car did not had the issue before, the remap was done by a respectable local tuner. i am tempted to flash my original map, can the remap make the engine noisier? Like if for examplu the timing was advanced too much.
