So I have a 325xi with 6MT and for a little while I've had some pretty bad rocking back and forth when I let my foot off the gas pedal. It's bad in 1,2,3 gear but when you get into 4,5,6 you can feel like almost a kick in your back when you get on the gas. It's not just getting on and off the gas aggressively. Because of this I've been very gently letting on and off the gas. Also when I turn tightly in parking lots there is a grinding feel which almost feels like the differential doesn't want to let the car turn. I really have no idea what's going on with the car. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. The cars going to get test driven by a technician next week so I'll hopefully have some answers then.

Check drivetrain mounts, especially passenger engine mount

You need to replace your transfercase fluid. That is causing the "binding" issue.
