who seriously started it at an acre. just looked at zillow for washington dc. 0.30 was 2 million. the largest plot for sale is 0.76 acres at 4.5 million.
out towards me you can get a bargain at about 400k an acre |

I bought 1 acre on the moon for £10 a couple of years ago, it's already increased in value by 50%

In the process of selling the house on less than 1/4 acre for a sailboat to live aboard for retirement at 30 years old... soon the entire ocean will be my backyard...

I own 5000 sq ft of prime real estate myself. Paid a fraction of what it's currently worth and my mortgage payment is cheaper than rent. It's enough to park my two cars on it and my house. I also have a garage so at some point I may go electric unlike many of my colleagues who rent and don't have a place to charge at night. Ahh the good life!
