Ok so today I went to fit the performance handbrake gaiter and gear knob gaiter .... gear gaiter went on fine but the handbrake just won't go on far enough

I've pushed it with quite a lot of force but it doesn't seam to want to go any further so has anyone else had this problem?

Was considering sanding part of the plastic in the gaiter or sticking some grease on it, but thought I would ask for help first.

Problem solved

Just in case someone else ever has the same problem it was a caused by a small bit of extra glue that shouldn't be there.

Ah that's a good spot as normally should just push straight on.

They're a nice touch to the interior.
