I saw this on Ebay... is this the correct cable, it looks like it's missing the black piece on the end with the wires. The seller says it comes as the picture shows.

The car from the factory has had usb and hands free bluetooth, thanks.

but price is bit high, you can ask some local electric to make one for you cheaper i think, the only rare thing is kufatec male connector which should be ordered from kufatec

Awesome thank you. Is there a con other than more time spent if I choose the 'pin out' method instead of this harness? Will everything fit?

if your car is leased and you want to make it stock before returning such harness makes sense
otherwise it is more reasonable to get "uncoded" violet 26-pin connector with harness and repin connectors
