Hi All.

So recently I have bought the Pure Stage 1 Turbos.
They Indeed go hard and well.
However during the time where this was installed, I have gotten AR Downpipes and RB Intake Inlets Also.

I no longer get the dreaded Wastegate Rattle on Decel!

BUTTTT
On Startup I would hear the wastegates flatter shut/open.

And on Acceleration rattles. No matter what JB4 Setting I do, Map 10 and 12.
The rattle is always present.

Cruisng they do no rattle, however going up a hill, or accelerating they rattle anything above 1.5k rpms.

I dont know what to do. I bought the turbos to get rid of these dreaded sounds.
Does anyone have advice? Be greatly appreciated. THANKS!!

I'm guessing that you don't have a wastegate rattle, but something else.

Here's my reasoning: you just replaced your original wastegates with the new ones that came on your PS1s. Odds are greatly against your new turbos having the same exact issue as the original set.

I would use a small rubber mallet and start tapping the length of your post cat system. Looking for an unwanted metal on metal contact.
Or
Check your exhaust flap, to see if it's loose.

In my case the original installer of my downpipe left the rear support bracket (on the exhaust piping) loose.
