E90Dum and the 02 sensors

Hey, so I'm getting 02 sensor codes, and after taking em all out and cleaning em, the codes went away. A week later they're back, so I ordered the cheapest sensors from ebay (I tell you this on purpose) and got to work. Last night I replaced all of them, but the sensors that came after the cats didn't come labeled with part numbers, so I guessed the correct header when I put em in. The top 2 (pre cat i think thryre called. I have headers) had the part numbers labeled so I think they're correct. I start the car and it stutters, and then starts to literally pop, so I shut it off(and go to bed!). Today I tried to switch the 02 sensors at the bottom from the electronic cable end, and after a half hour of cursing found out they can only be plugged in one way lol; so I flipped the after cat sensors, start the car, and get the popping again.

I went to flip the pre cat 02 sensors, but I burned my hand so bad I figured I'd post here while waiting for the headers to cool down

The only code I get is for cylinder 1 misfire

I got a code for that(not the same one) (but no signs of problems. OR POPPING) and because I changed the spark plugs 15k miles ago I figured it was the injector, so I replaced that a few weeks ago. I checked connections and I think it's fine.

Popping happens after 5-9 secs of idle

Ima go eat some damn lunch

I flipped the CABLE part of the post cat 02 sensors and that seems to resolve the issue. Lol, looks like I don't know how to read

issues with o2 sensor usually signify an issue that will ruin the new sensors as well. a rich AFR/ oil consumption will cause the o2 sensors to fail. are you getting poor fuel economy or consuming oil?

As far as I know the bank 1 and bank 2 sensors are the same, the only difference is the length and color of the wiring. In any event, the post-cat sensors are only used for monitoring and should have no effect on how the car runs. The pre-cat sensors will affect how the car runs, but only after it's warmed up. I think your issue is elsewhere.

Yep, flipping the front 02 sensors did the trick.

An ill let ya know if they break again... lol

My mpg was aight while i had the codes for the sensors on. I have an oil pan gasket leak and a throttle body gasket im ignoring until i get the time to fix, but otherwise no. I changed my oil not too long ago and tightned the bolts while i was there and actually havent leaked any oil so far, but i know thatll change soon
