Here we go again!

So, I broke the damn spade connectors and finally received the parts from bmw and fixed the harness. Upon re-installation of the proceed, all the connections went well as I have installed this thing what seems like a million times.
My proceed has been disconnected for a few weeks so I do not know what the problem is. Once everything was installed, I started the car and limp mode with the car being lifted instantly. It also took the car longer than normal to turn over. I said "SHIT!" Yes I was lazy and could not find the bypass plugs. I finally found them, installed them and the car cranked just fine. No codes, no problems.
What does that tell me as far as the diagnosis? Can I assume all my connections are good, if it works good with the bypass plugs? Am I getting power to the proceed? I connected the red female to the red male and connected the orange male spade to the black female spade and the black male spade where the orange male spade was originally. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

long crank after procede install usually indicates a problem with the crank position sensor, however you would still see the long crank with the bypass plugs in.. so

OK everything looks to be ok wire wise. So, I went to reload the firmware and Shivs new V2 maP FOR 6AT'S and the proceed would not go online. It is not a computer problem because I have only done it a million times. For the hell of it I
took the red female connector off and reconnected it the old way (to the 50 amp fuse) and wallah! I now have power. So I uploaded everything and started the car. Now it wont even start. So I disconnected from the 50 amp fuse and put it back to the green housing (v2 power way). This tells me that my connections are good but I am somewhere loosing power from the orange connector to the red V2 wire. Going to try and see were I am loosing power in a connection. Any hint on how to tell if I might have pulled the opposite end of that orange wire out when I was stripping it for more wire? HELP

Make sure you place the wire in the right slot of the green connector...I read someone put it in the wrong slot...check that out

I found the problem. I crimped the red female at the red coax cover and not at the exposed wire. Something very simple, but nevertheless cannot operate without it. Thanks to the few who helped. Nice to have true speed again.
In the process of reloading the map I downloaded the low boost version for 6AT and I can actually feel the car pausing as it shifts. It may be in my head but I do not like it. I never had any problems with the original 1-10 map and never any problems with the new green loom. I plan on taking Shivs advice and run the 6MT map tomorrow. Thanks again for the help.
