Don't be so naive. Who says I'm not on private land. The road could be a national speed limit. You can't see who's driving and you can't see the reg. Nothing there that's enough to get anyone in trouble so not silly no.

Yes, I take it you have never driven around large private sites, big factory sites etc then.

My friend has a farm which holds events throughout the year and that has roads that have lines, signs, speed limits etc leading all the way from the front gates up to the car parks and event areas. When it's closed to public he can do what the hell he likes on the roads.

Just a point about the video.

We've only posted to highlight that fact you're speeding on what appears to be a public road while holding a phone.

Your license plate is all over this thread, your location is embedded in the photos, it's not hard to know who was driving based on your comments.

It's your life, but take some friendly advice, don't post about your speed using videos.

Lets for a minute assume you're on an NSL road, that means the speed limit is 60mph. You're speed isn't 60, it's indicating above 70.



I doubt anyone will report you, they're just informing you of the dangers of posting videos.

If you're on a private road, carry on.

First of all, your attitude stinks. All I said was, it's a silly video to post, as it is incriminating and can land you into trouble should someone pass it on to the police. That was just some friendly advice, which you responded to with a needless arrogant tone. Pathetic.

Secondly, cut the crap, that's not a private road and you know it, and even if it was a national speed limit road, you're going over 70mph in the video... the limit is 60mph, in case you were not aware.

Thirdly, even though it's illegal, the speed you were doing had nothing to do with my post. I was actually alluding to the fact you're clearly using your mobile phone to record the ordeal (before you try to deny that it was a phone or that you were the one doing the recording, the BMW logo shows a pretty clear reflection during the video and it's clearly a mobile phone and it's clearly you holding it). The use of a mobile phone whilst driving now carries a punishment of 6 points on your licence.

I actually hope you do get done, tbh. Can't stand people with an attitude like yours. What you've done is illegal, you literally have no high ground here, so don't act like I'm the silly one.
