While looking around the engine I noticed computer hard-drive like clicking noise inside here. Does anybody know what makes this noise? Is there a computer in there?

No, the rapid ticking noise is most likely to be the fuel injectors, which is a normal occurence on the 335 engines (both petrol and diesel)

I think its only when the engine is off but maybe I cant hear it because the engine is much louder.

So: when I turn off the engine I hear this hard drive like clicking for a few minutes after which it shuts off instantly.

For a while I thought there is a computer under the engine cover but when i removed the cover I noticed that it does not look like a computer.

I have that on mine too. I believe its the idle control valve. It goes into a calibration sequence when the engine is off.
