NCSExpert COAPI 2000 Error

When I use NCSExpert, I can read the CAS ECU only; any other ECU I try to read displays a COAPI 2000 error. Says error with ediabas or ecu shortcut. Any ideas on what needs to be fixed so I can read all ecus w/NCSExpert?

I downloaded daten v60.1 and used tool commander to update. Which folder would cause this error....ediabas ecu, ncs expert daten, or one of the sgdat folders? I must be missing an update somewhere?
