Anyone ever get the MACO/training fee reduced or removed?

I've got a potential purchase on a +$700 over invoice + $460 (MACO:$280 AND TRANING SERVICES:$180) MACO/training fees on a 2006 325i.

I would pull the trigger if the MACO/training fees were removed, or the over invoice price lowered.

Just wanted to see what if anyone had success with the MACO/training fees.

Thanks in Advance.

***UPDATE***
Now he added this satellite prep fee for $65....anyone else get charged for this? I've got the BMW assist as well.

I got 900 over invoice, including maco/training. It's do-able. I'm in SoCA so same state.

Wow $460 is a lot for MACO / Training...is that a CA thing? My dealer charged me $200 for DAG (Dealer Advertising Group) -- same as MACO? --

That is with a $500 over invoice deal and $100 Processing fee...

MACO/training fees are actual fees that the dealer has to pay BMW for the car...it's not something they can just "knock off." Keep in mind that some MACO/training varies by market area - i.e., some dealerships don't have to pay as much. If you want to know the true "dealer invoice," take the KBB/Edmunds invoice price and add MACO/training to it. Then decide how much profit the dealer should make on the car, and you've arrived at a reasonable price to pay. Keep in mind that if you give ur dealer all 5's on the survey, they will get an additional ~2% back on the car. Satellite prep is an option on the car - it's not a charge, per se. If your car includes satellite prep, then yes, it should be included in the invoice price. Good luck.
