Crosscountry purchase in CA favor

Hey Guys, I'm looking to make a purchase in the California area, Sacramento to be specific, but I'm located across country. Looking for someone to put a set of eyes on it.

Car has a solid maintenance history just want to make sure there are no surprises. Someone slightly mechanically inclined would be nice but I'm not picky. Just want to make sure there's nothing imminent and the body passes the test. (I had a bad experience with the latter).

Willing to pay in sexual favor....or cash if you're into that sort of thing.

Is Cordova near anyone? Also seller has a super flexible schedule btw.

And this thread is about to dovetail into a California living thread but screw it... How'd you guys like living in CA? What area do you live in and what industry are you in? I'd like to move the family out there but those SF/Bay Area prices are killer.
