E92 Space Saver or Full Size Front?

Front = 8jx18
Rear = 8.5JX18

Am toying with the idea of just getting a full size front alloy...if I get a front puncture all is good, with a rear then I believe you can pretty much carry on as before but with a tad less vigor.

Apart from 8JX18 are there any other considerations to take into account? 5x120 PCD...but what about offset etc?

Basically will any old alloy do?

I take it that you have run-flats on? If so, just drive on them. My daughter has them on a Mini and drove around for several days, mainly (slow) motorway until ATS got a tyre in.

If not just get either a mobility kit or a space saver spare wheel.

There is a space saver tire with alloy rim and tool/jack kit specifically for the E90. It is part # 36112159860.

I doubt if the E46 space saver will fit because the offset is much greater than the E90, but it might be within the range.

I have wheel spacers on anyway so E46 offset not a problem.
