When upgrading to the M3 arms, does that include both the control arm (tension strut) and the wishbone?

Thankfully I live in a warm state so it's rear wheel drive all the way.
I have only purchased one non-rwd car since I moved here 14 years ago and that was just because I was poor and needed a back seat. My girlfriend has two kids and she expected me to actually take them with us. |

I just wanted to pop in and say that I replaced just the rear shocks and mounts on my 328xi wagon, and there was a noticeable difference. I even went from blown Koni Yellows to Bilstein B4s. I have 146K miles on the car, and it's like night and day. It made so much of a difference that I want to do the front now.
