I would love to trade but I can't figure out why my passenger side angel eyes don't work. Swaped bulbs and nothing seems to work

It seems like you might have an issue with the FRM. You could get it reset at the dealer or maybe a local BMW Indy shop could help you reset it.

I think you misinterpreted his post. He only wants to trade for a working, no error pair of headlights. Anything with scratches or errors will not be considered.

I have a perfect pair of headlights. Im in mass tho. Idk how it would work. They are bmw e90 lci 2009 335 head lights. They are on my car at the moment. If you would sell these rn let me know.
