Looking for SA in Socal : HPFP warranty

Hello, I have a 2007 335i, manufacture date 11/06. My HPFP was changed at 60k miles and I am now at 80k miles. It is starting to fail again. I know the HPFP warranty is 10yr/120k miles . I was wondering if anybody knows a cool SA (mod oriented) in the OC/LA area that will service my car. I want to try to claim the recall if it is even possible since my car is 07 and its 2017 so I'm not sure how that will go hand in hand.. Let me know if anybody has any idea .
