Thoughts on this 2011 335i
About a year and a half ago I picked up a 2013 528i xdrive CPO because I was looking for something a bit more comfortable for my 45 mile each-way drive to work. Then I changed jobs and now drive about 1 mile to work and back. I am looking to downgrade due to mileage and lower my monthly cost as I am barely driving now. I have been looking at 2011 and newer 3 series in my area. I wanted to see what anyone thought of this 2011 335i that looks like it was recently traded in at a dealer that is relatively close to me. My goal for this new car is to stay under $20K, under 75K miles. I have 3 kids, so I prefer something with 3 rear seats, but it is not a deal breaker as we usually take my wife's Enclave when we travel as a family.

The E92 does not have three rear seats.
I think this one's a stick, m-sport, HK (Non-Nav) car. It would have been a great deal back when I was looking. I'm not sure if the exhaust is stock from the pictures. You'll need to test drive to see what you would like. This N55 is significantly faster than a 320/328. Do you want a coupe or sedan? I would definitely recommend test driving the one you linked. There is something very special about driving a stick shift E92 335. Sedan's will tend to run cheaper than the coupe, but are harder to find in stick. You may be able to get close to 20 with a 2012 F30 335. |
