Jb4 Mobile App for iOS/Android

Does the iOS app display in landscape mode? I might consider it if it does, as I could AirPlay it to my iDrive display.

So after I've done a bit of reading, exactly how does this work wireless? I purchased the app and now I'm awaiting on the JB4 to arrive.

I thought it was jb4 cable hooked up to otg micro usb cable to phone

So did I but I read somewhere it's possible to do that, otherwise I'll order that too.

You have to buy a Bluetooth adapter ask dmscpro about it.

Summary of what u need for jb4 experience to be complete

Jb4
Bluetooth dongle for jb4
Android tablet and mhd flasher.
This is for flashing Bms backend flashes.
If u run pump,e85 Etc

This is all you need for safe tuning of your n54.
Also easy logging no wires.

Hi, I have been using the JB4 Mobile app on a Android phone (Samsung S4) pretty much since it first came out. Currently i am installing a CarPC setup and possibly getting an Android device (running 4.4 KitKat) that does not have/support Google Play. Are there any way to extract the purchased APK for manual installation on the new device? Or am I out of luck using such device for my Paid apps?

My app is malfunctioning btw, often after successful handshake it won't read any values.

It's a new theme I'm working on for the app. Will be available on both platforms.

Try updating the Jb4 and the app.

So I'm wondering if anyone else is having my issue with the JB4 app. I'm having issues where I'm driving normal and the values start to spike up and down then go back to normal then do it again. I got a log of it while cruising. However, my JB4 seems fine because the car doesn't stutter or have any issues while I'm driving at all. I have hijacked the gauges to see if it does it as well with the AFR and boost. Nothing happened, just ran normal.

Could it be my app or my rev 2 cable?
