Going back to OEM bushings and changing to 75/140 fluid reduced the diff whine by about 95%. Most of the time I do not hear it; it stil occurs at certain speeds and situations, but you need to be listening for it. I am very happy with results.

I have the turner solid subframe and diff bushings w/ boost addictions lockdown kit. Yes, there is gear whine but it's not unbearable. It is only really noticeable on the highway or above 50 mph. So around town not an issue imo. I guess it all depends on how sensitive you are. It's not my DD. I would not want it in my DD. Given it's 700+ for the parts and 700+ for install, give or take, I can't see most people doing this on a DD. Just get the lockdown kit...
One thing I know is my diff is not moving anywhere
