Help for a lemon law attorney in Bayarea?
Guys and girls,
PLEASE HELP! To make the story short, its been 5th times and this time will be the 6th to fix the damn engine ticking issue for my 325. Talk to the SM about the buyback. He say its up to BMWNA, but BMWNA say its up to the dealer! That's it! I cant take it no more. I love my car but enough is enough. Anyone knows a good lawyer in Bay area who I can talk to? Many thx.. |

Cheaper than the lawyer
Here is a link to the Attorney General's very detailed page on the lemon law:
http://ag.ca.gov/consumers/general/lemon.php Note the section: "If the manufacturer maintains a state-certified arbitration program, the consumer must submit the warranty dispute to the arbitration program before the consumer can take advantage of the presumption in court." It appears that BMW does participate in an arbitration program. You can break the stalling tactics your dealer is using by giving the arbitration program a call. Here is the link: http://dca.ca.gov/acp/bbb.shtml Good luck! |
