N53 330i - Running rich problems - diagnostic data attached

PWhat would you make of these values logged via torque on a short run

Recently had cylinder 1 misfire issues so replaced an injector and all 6 spark plugs, coil packs seem to be functioning fine and cylinder one problems cured.

Shortly after its been replaced with a (Generic code ) mixture to rich at idle bank 2. I scanned it due to occasional misfires / fluctuating idle minimally at idle only.

This was noted again with a massive misfire and jerk under load at about 2.5k revs accompanied with limp mode and CEL. Car started running rough revs bouncing a bit and poor acceleration stalled out when I came to a stop. Checked codes and it threw the mixture too rich at idle bank 2 along with a generic P3284 powertrain code.Cleared codes and restarted engine and it was like it's never happened.

Generally there's Occasional misfires and via monitoring seems to be cylinders 5 / 6, but not enough to throw a CEL / deactivate cylinder and previously weren't causing an issue.

Cars had injectors done (bmw don't know which) under recall. Don't want to blindly go changing more injectors if not necessary.

Intake, throttle body and maf cleaned today (was all clean anyways) hasn't made a difference and intake isn't split / no leaks as far as I can see. CCV appears fine, no particularly strong vacuum noted when checking.

Would the LTFT at bank 2 indicate leaking injectors at bank 2 but not enough misfiring to throw a cylinder specific code? What do you make of the O2 sensor readings? Could it be faulty O2 sensor?

Scanning with rheingold chucks a nox sensor code which has been there since the first injector issue but nil else.

Sorry I don't know enough about your logged data to advise. But I have read elsewhere that replacing a single injector is not a good idea and that you should at least replace all the injectors in that bank (i.e. cyl 1-3 or 4-6).

This. Injectors also need to be coded to the car.
