17s were optional on e92/93 so not necessarily.

18s can look good as 19s with the right tyre profile. You can try 40 profile all round and it will fill the gaps nicely. If you're worried about harshness of your current 19s and you run rft's, try them with non rfts and you will most likely be surprised and hang on to 19s. Rfts are terrible on aussie roads as the sidewalls are so stiff but they handle great. I have been running 19s with non rft tyres for about 3 years now and they are really comfortable. Good luck with your choice.

You shouldn't do the same profile front and rear if you have staggard setup. You'll have much more sidewall rear and it'll be jacked up in the rear. Bad for handling too.

I have the 19" GTCs shown in your photo. No problems with them. Wouldn't normally have been my choice but they really grow on you and do look great.

Check out my garage for picks.

Yep, a early non-M sport one with the very grandpa spec 225/45/17 tires

Actually looking at it, besides comfort access it looks like the original owner (from Melbourne) didn't tick any extra options (have no USB input, no BT-music streaming, crap base stereo, no sun roof, no heated seats etc etc).
