Bizzare Ipod/BMW problem
I'm not an ipod tech so can someone explain this one?
I have a mix of bought I-tunes and older downloaded "skank". My video ipod plays all of them fine and left out of the car is no problem. When I connect to the car all is fine for a while and suddenly the track becomes interference almost like the ipod realises that the track is not copy protected. From that point on I can only play I-tunes stuff and the only way out is to reset the ipod and re-upload everything. Same thing then occurs, a track will play fine until the gremlin occurs and then tracks I played 20mins ago is corrupt. Am I doing something stupid? |

Are you using the corrcet output from the IPOD ? If the sound is distorted, it could be because the output level is too high, which is possible if you are using the headphone output instead of line-out ?
