O2 sensor alternative?
I just installed some VRSF downpipes and might have damaged an O2 sensor.
What alternatives to the $250 BMW O2's do we have?

I'm running those for both of my pre-cat O2 sensors and I have zero complaints. |

That's a better price. Are they a direct fit?

Yes, direct fit with the correct length leads as well. No problems with them unless you are running a single turbo setup and need positive pressure sensors like the ADV sensors.

Amazon has the Bosch sensors for about $77 each. Both pre-cat sensors are the same except one has a longer cable than the other and they change the cable color to help you identify them. The longer cable version fits numerous vehicles and the short version is only used on the N54, so it is more expensive. Get 2 of the cheaper (long cable) models and put tape on the ends of one to help your identify them when plugging in the connectors to be sure which is which.

They are in my car as we speak and the car runs perfect.
Pay attention to the color of the factory cables and what connector/downpipe they attach to. Then make sure that you connect the same connector to the same downpipe. Reset your adaptations before you start the car with the new sensors. |

I ended up switching the O2's and now the car runs great.

Does you guys know how many you need? I bought a 335 that prolly has fouled o2 sensors due to running rich from leaking injectors or maybe bad O2.
I think the cat is clogged either way I bought some catless DP am I right in assuming that I need two of the O2 sensors that are on the amazon link. Those the only two I need? I have zero O2 codes but have a cat code on stock cats. |

The car has a total of (4) O2 sensors. The link above is for the (2) pre-cat O2 sensors. The (2) post-cat sensors have different part numbers and must be ordered individually.
