Purchased brand new; I am the original owner. The car is registered in Hawaii and has a valid safety sticker. Clean front bumper - no front plate holes. The car has been modified to make a reliable ~370hp and ~400ft-lbs of torque with no speed limiter, so it can easily run past 155mph. Although it is a coupe, the car comfortably seats four full-sized adults. The car has been well-maintained and never abused. The major maintenance that has already been completed would easily cost $8k; BMW makes outstanding driver's cars but they are not built to run maintenance free. If you were to purchase any other E90/E92/E93 335i with over 50k miles you can expect to pay at least that amount in a few years, so why not buy one that has already had the work done! This is one of the most popular cars to tune at the moment (they can easily make well over 600hp without modifying the engine's internals). An OBDII code scanning tool (Bav Tech) will come with the car so you can perform your own diagnostics.
