Just ordered 335xi sedan

First post.

Just ordered my first bimmer a few days ago and to say I'm psyched would be the understatment of the year!

Is it normal to look through the brochure every day, surf the net for every video and magazine review, then stumble upon this site? My wife thinks I've lost it...she's probably right, as usual. Folks, I've got bimmer fever!

So it seems many of you like to race or go to the track. I'd love to do that, just not in a car I own! This is a car I will be driving a lot (I'm in sales). Living in northern New Jersey, we have a lot of snow and potholes so I opted to not get the sports package because of concern over bent rims (yes I know insurance is available, but it's still a pain). I'm coming off an Acura TL and I bent the rims twice. Not fun.

Anyway, back to what's important...

This is what I ordered:
335xi. Monaco blue. Beige interior.
Steptronic
Cold Weather Package
Premium Package
Navigation
Sirius satellite radio
HD Radio
iPod connector
Parking distance control
Comfort access

Still waiting for a production date. Anxiously tracking both from the 800 number and OC. I'll post pics once I get the beast.

Nice options, I'd still opt for the sport package for the steering wheel and seats, the standard ZSP on the 335xi still nets you a 17" wheel/all-season tires set (Type 158s) with the type 162 18" low-profile performance tires an additional cost option...

Nice car, I ordered e92 335i in Montego Blue, car just arrived at the dealership today. I am going nucking futs. I won't be able to pick up till tuesday. I thought I was the only one losing it because YES, I looked at the brochure every day (still do). Have read every online article that exists at least twice, thank god for this forum it has helped me through these past 2 months. I feel your pain.

congrats man i just ordered me e90 montego blue a week ago. already got my vin number and my car is goingn into production but i still have no production date =[

i think you shoulda gotten teh sport package. it raises your speed limit from 130 to 155 or 160 or something around that. and some othe rstuff too.
