so the car feels like 318d again and no diagnostic fault, but there is no boost nor torque whatsoever, but INPA won't throw any code

any options that would not throw a code?
MAP / MAF sensors?
Turbo Actuators?
vacuum lines were replaced last year

I have no idea.

i had a problem with auto gearbox, but the oil was filled in and now it's better
anything else could be?

anyone car read live data out of INPA?
