Tire rubbing front fender during aggressive turns and dips

My current setup seems to be rubbing the front fender (right behind the bumper) when I am making an aggressive turn and there is a dip in the road. My current specs are 18x9 ET31 Avant Garde M310 wheels with 245/40R18 PS4S tires. See pics below. A few questions:

1.) Will this this have any adverse affects on the tire (minus the noise)?
2.) How to easily (and cheaply) fix this?

I took mine out when installing a new front bar and didnt put the fender liners back in.

You need to change something about your wheels to stop the rubbing, 245 tyres most likely, drop down to 235

It isn't rubbing enough to cause an issue that I see. Mine does that as well with 15mm spacers up front that I put on.

My setup does the same; only while going in reverse near full lock though.

If you search around, I think guys have heated up that section with a heat gun, etc. and pushed it in a bit to create some extra space.

This works. Did this on a different car.

My setup rubs too but i don't see much of an issue because it only locks during full lock. I'm on 18x9.5+22 on 225/45/18 tires in an e92

As a couple others have noted, the tire is too big. Standard size on an 18" is (as you probably know) 225/40R18; so you're taller and wider than standard. Also, your offset is 3-4 mm out, so it's exacerbating the outer corner rub.

Not rubbing too much, and it'll get better as the tire wears.

Thanks for the input guys. I took off the spacers completely and now running ET38 offset. BARELY, like 1-2mm, clears the strut tower (Bilstein B8 on Eibach Pro springs). No rubbing so far. I'll confirm this weekend when I push it harder.

What size spacers, 7mm?

Yeah, I had 7mm spacers on it before to get ET31 (ET38 - 7mm spacer). When I was doing the measuring before I got my tires, I figured I needed at least that much spacer in order to clear the strut tower. However, apparently the PS4S's sidewalls taper off pretty quickly thus I clear the lower spring mount on the strut tower with stock ET38 offset, albeit barely.
