Peninsula repair shop for oil pan gasket replacement
I'm in the mountain view / Palo Alto area....anyone recommend a good Indy shop to replace my oil pan gasket? Got a recent quote for $900... looking to see if there are any shops in the area anyone can recommend that might be cheaper?

Try Boosthaus in Fremont. Not sure how different the N52 vs N54 oil pan gasket job is. But they took care of mine while the subframe was out for a turbo swap.

I recommend elite performance in Milbrae / Burlingame. They did this exact work and a great job! I've also had them do inlets, coolant hoses etc

Theyre still doing work just not 'projects' that take more than a day or 2 and they're moving out of the Fremont shop. Not my place to share why but their moving out this weekend.

I'll always support them, but, for now I dont think they're a "shop" and really just doing side work like walnut blast etc but nothing time intensive like turbo installs... I could be wrong, you'd have to ask them yourself
