Yes, you can have both.
It's called twincharging. You'd actually make more power (more area under the curve), but I don't think the N54 is an ideal candidate. These engines seem to not like a such a massive torque hit down low, which you'd certainly be signing up for with a twincharger set up. From my perspective, only recently have they been able to closely integrate wastegate managed loads with elect throttle control. To add SC to that management is not quite an off the shelf option. Can it be done?, most certainly. The payoff? Likely minimal. All the options needed can be managed with low speed air velocity and progressive boost. If you need more power at say below 3000rpm, then you likely have more weight than an e9x and are in need of more displacement (or torque X), not just boost.

You could, no different then converting a supercharged motor to turbocharged (e.g., twin turbo kits for the C7 Z06 LT4).
ALSO -- You realize that turbos are more efficient, have no parasitic loss, and have a more "controllable" powerband.
