Will these tires fit on my rims?
Will tires in 275/35ZR19 fit on the following rims:
Alufelgen SF-71 Rear: 19x9.5 +35 2008 E92 335i sport suspension. Currently running 275/30/19. I want to go to 35 because there are some Federals that I would like to use and stay at 275. Thanks

Will they fit on the wheels? Yes
Will they fit the car? Maybe. That's a much taller tire than stock.

Follow up question. Do you think a 245/35/19 tire would fit on the front with 19x8.5 +35?

I have a 245/35-19 on a 19x9-ET35 on the front of my 2008 E90. I don't what the clearance is on a coupe. My fenders are not rolled.

I'm embaressed to admit that I've spent $3900 in 2 years fixing bent wheels and buying new rear tires. I'm hoping the taller sidewalks of the PS4s I just put on save my 313 wheels. |

Only time you will hear slight rubbing is when you are reversing with the steering wheel fully to the left. Not a big concern at all. 245/35 filled in the wheel gap nicely |

I'm having the same problem, wanting to increase profile size to help protect the damn fragile 313M wheels. What is the I'd be going less aggressively taller, sticking to 255 in the rear but maybe going up from 30 to 35. in the front, to match, would be 225 going from 35 to 40. chunkier tyres, if they wouldn't rub I'd go straight for it. I know I'd have to be careful of speeding as it'd showing be around 3-4% slower than actual speed |

255/30/19 = 76.5mm x 2 + 482.6mm = 635.6mm (overall diameter) 255/35/19 = 89.25mm x 2 + 482.6mm = 661.1mm (overall diameter) 225/35/19 = 78.75mm x 2 + 482.6mm = 640.1mm (overall diameter) 225/40/19 = 90mm x 2 + 482.6mm = 662.6mm (overall diameter) With the calculations above you can see that 225/40/19 & 255/35/19 is actually closer in overall rolling diameter. As long as you have clearance you are golden. Keep in mind that with this new set up your car's body will sit appox. 23mm higher off the ground in the front and approx. 26mm higher in the rear.
