It's actually very easy and comfortable to drive once you're in it which is quite challenging and there's no elegant way of getting out of it but other than that it's very enjoyable perfectly suitable for an everyday car if you can afford it.

Happy Birthday and congratulations! I'm 2+ years in my i8 and it is the best car I've ever owned. I daily drive mine and couldn't think of a better car use on a daily basis.
