Thanks Mike! By the way if anyone has any questions or is looking at doing similar mods to their own E92 etc. I'm happy to give advice and help out based on my own experiences.

If DD could get their communication/CS down it would be a game changer. The products that people do get are amazing

I know, it's a shame that the lead times are extensive, but it's worth the wait! As long as you politely pester him regularly you will receive good treatment, my hood took 3 months to build from scratch and be delivered to my door overseas - which I don't think is bad considering his bodyshop in Canada burnt down days after I made my order.

Ordered a diffuser from them a little over a month ago, still waiting....
All I know is that I've met these guys in person. Really nice people and didn't get the vibe that they were scamming. They are just really backed up.
FYI I'm sure they were nice bc you are a female. FYI those guys are scumbags. So many bad business stories with them. BBB complaints too.

Sounds like someone had a bad experience with Duke Dynamics - I dealt with Duke directly and had no problems whatsoever...

Thanks bro - good luck with your motor, make a build thread if you plan on modifying!

So guys, apologies that I haven't updated this thread in a long while, i've been devising plans and now I'm happy to say that I have some new ideas/projects brewing:
  • Wheel Refurb, Acid Strip and Powder Coat in Crystal Grey/Gloss Charcoal.
  • Interior Trim Wrap - Super Glossy 5D Carbon Fibre (from my supplier).
  • Leatherique Interior Restoration
  • Imola/Coral Red Leatherique Dye to be tastefully accented throughout my currently Dakota Black Interior.
  • Either Gloss Black 3M or Carbon Fibre Roof Wrap (still deciding where to source the wrap from for this).

I have updated the OP to show this thread is still going, and will update the OP and thread each time I complete a new Mod.

So I received the Super Glossy 5D Carbon Fibre Vinyl last night, 1.52x20 Metres of it! I absolutely love this stuff, it looks so realistic that its hard to tell the difference between the vinyl and my Front Lip/Rear Diffuser (Which are real 2x2 CF Weave's). Very happy with it so far!

I started off with the Drivers Side Door Trims as its my first time wrapping anything, and I thought these two pieces would be easy to work with. Here are a couple of pictures I took late last night after finishing them.

Please bare in mind that these pictures were taken at night with an iPhone, and that this vinyl looks much better in person.

Tools
Wrap Vinyl.
Rubbing Alcohol & 2 Microfibre Clotha for cleaning and drying pre-wrap.
Microfibre Wrapping Gloves.
Dewalt Heatgun.
3M Squeegee.
3M Primer 94
Acute Precision Knife with 10 Extra Blades.
Weights For The Corners of The Vinyl
and finally, patience!

So I wrapped my Msport Steering Wheel Trim last night, what a PITA that is to get back into the wheel once its out! This picture should give a good idea on how glossy this Vinyl is, i'm more than happy with the result again!

Over the weekend I wrapped the main dash trim, adding a redline accent. Here are some daylight pictures showing most of what I've done so far. Please ignore my dirty floor-space, the car needs a good clean!

Wheels are being refurbed, acid stripped and powdercoated in Crystal Greay/Gloss Charcoal this weekend, along with some brand new centre caps going on and a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4S Tires.

Can anyone suggest a decent set of wheel nut covers?

Thanks mate, they're nice. Yeah I was planning to change up the rims but just got my 313's refurbished & powder-coated a Dark Charcoal / Crystal Grey instead. Will post pics up at some point, spacers on their way too!
