Drivers side Angel Eyes keep going out
So for a while now my drivers side headlight and I'm finally deciding to come around to fixing. Hate have only having only one side of angel eyes working, takes away from the good looks of the car. Anyways it first started with the regular factory halogens. Just my driver side went out. Then I decided to upgrade to the lux color adjustable h5's a few months ago. Once again after about a week or two of working the drivers side went out again.
Now when I first installed them I noticed I had to position the ballast inside the headlight housing a certain way or the lights wouldn't come on. the first few times the light went out I could pop the hood and move the ballast around a bit and I could get it to work again. But as stated above after about 2 weeks I couldn't get the drivers side to come on at all anymore. The Bulb seems to be fine, the passenger side is still working. What do you guys think this is? is it a short in the drivers side wiring or a fuse or something? May seem like a dumb question but do the drivers and passenger side headlights have different fuses? Any help would be appreciated. |

I’m having the same issue but I have factory xenons in my e90 with led bulbs. The driver side always goes out after a few weeks to a month or so...fingers crossed it doesn’t go out again haha!
