I have seen only one I remember liking because of the car it was mounted on, the cleverness, and the driver.

In Texas, a Hispanic guy blew by me in a very loud, heavily modded, very fast R8. License plate:

I kinda made up my mind on this reply. It made sense to me more than the
"dont do it","ricer","douchebag","Hater" brigade.

Although I actually had settled on U WISH or YUMMY
Of course I liked all the other suggestions.

But driving as I sometimes do, and the BMW haters out there, I guess some dick, can say, this red BM with a plate that said YUMMY, just cut me up. As opposed to some Red BM driver... errm can't remember his plate..

Made sense. BUT I was still not swayed, I checked the prices and these guy's I swear have put the prices of the plates up, year or 2 back they where in the $200 range, now $336, A LOT cheaper than rip-off UK where some plates are triple that. Around $200, I could cut it

So have to figure out whether paying $336+tax for a plate was worth it. Kid needs shoes, hockey gear, heck I gotta brake service coming up.
