9” rear, ET44 on E90LCI - will it foul the strut?

Hi Guys

Just wondered if anyone is running a similar size wheel?

I note that the size of the E90-3 19” wheel is 9” wide and ET39, the wheel that I have in mind (Styling 350, F10 M Sport) will be 5mm further inboard.

I guess I could use a 2 or 3mm spacer but I’d rather not.

Advice gratefully received as ever.

If my calculations are correct you should have plenty of room on the inside. LCI cars hubs sit further out, it wouldn't be a problem on a Pre-LCI.

Also on the rear you'll rub on the arch liner/body before the strut.

Why's that? It's only 5mm further inboard than the 230 rims (19" option on the SE)

If it looks terrible I'll add 5mm spacers and should sit like a stock rim? See pic...

It's about the same outer fitment as the stock 189 wheels (well 1mm less). 8.5 +37

I like using this site:

I mean if you have these wheels laying around feel free! But if you're going to buy these, dont waste your money IMO.

My car has 17s on as stock, like the pic. I think they are 8" ET34 or so. I just wanted to fill the arches a bit more hence going to 18s and like the style of them.

Appreciate the advice though, and if they look terrible I'll sell them on and get something else. They arrived today as it happens!

I fitted 9.5J 19" ET35 on the rear with no issues on LCI, so you'll be fine.
