Scratches on windowfilm?

Ive had a tintjob on my e90 2 weeks ago. But the windowfilm has already scratches from going up and down.

is this normal?? And what could be the problem?

This is normal if the shop did not use FELT to wrap the plastic edge of your window sills. The tint can get scratched from going up and down, rubbing against that sharp plastic edge.

Impossible for me to tell, but I have always requested to have felt wrapped around the window sills.
